How to Use NAD+
Follow the below steps to ensure you use your NAD+ pen safely and correctly.
- Clean Hands
Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly.
- Prepare Materials
Open your NAD+ kit to find the syringes, solution, alcohol swabs, and sharps bin.
- Temperature Adjustment
Allow the chilled NAD+ vial to reach room temperature to minimise discomfort.
- Sterilise
Use an alcohol swab to clean the top of the vial, and let it dry.
- Prepare Syringe
Remove protectors from the syringe, insert it into the vial, invert, and draw 0.25ml of solution, ensuring no air bubbles.
- Select Injection Site
Choose an area like the abdomen or upper thigh, and rotate sites with each injection.
- Sanitise Site
Clean the injection area with another swab.
- Inject
Pinch the skin, insert the needle smoothly, and inject the solution by pressing the plunger.
- Dispose
Place used needles in the sharps bin.
- Storage
Keep the NAD+ vial chilled and store the kit safely away from children and pets.
- Recommended Dose
The recommended does is 20-30mg every 3 days. If you follow the recommended dosage your pen will last 4 weeks. This is sufficient to achieve your wellness goals.
